Yes, placenta’s are extremely valuable and women had no idea they were being taken and sold without their consent. Just one more thing…so there are ways you can take it home with you after the birth of your child. YOU can’t sell it, but they can. YOU can dispose of it, however, with in the guidelines you will be given.
