copyrights and blogs

There is no need to copyright your blog because it is AUTOMATICALLY copyrighted.  As the creator of your material the work belongs to you and is immediately copyrighted.   No one can use your work or do anything with it unless they have your specific permission.  You can sue anyone who does not abide by or understand these rules.  I’ve been doing some research and this is what I have found.

You can get a copyright but it’s a waste of money, according to the literature, because you are constantly adding material to your blog.  Someone said that you can do it a month at a time if you feel the need but you work is already copyrighted and there is no reason to even put copyright information on your blog.  You can say your work is copyrighted, if you like, but you don’t have to do that because it’s the law.  Stealing, borrowing, taking, doing anything, without permission is against the law and you can sue the person who took your work.  Just sayin’.
