It was so nice. She sent me fun surprises. LOL My daughter is going to do the postcard thing. I called the post office and they have stamps for both of us. So that’s good. 🙂 At least it’s something we can do. The circus that is trump is so attractive to his followers. Parties and flash. Biden is so quiet and down played. It worries me, since people like noise and parties. It’s not always about the issues it’s about the glamor and noise.

Every year, again and again….well, we can only hope!
We can all, only hope. So true. Life has never seemed so uncertain. The environment, the economy, health, education, police brutality…everything is falling apart. That’s because it was all held together with lies, and the manipulation of the government to begin with. When it started to fall…it fell fast.
I’m very concerned for our young people. For all of us.
Not only that but we are low on the totem poll for education, but then look at the idiot in the white house. He can’t even make a complete sentence. Virtual learning is going to be horribly difficult. Attention spans are short and parents can’t do it, so imagine what that generation will be like. OMG>
It’s really so terrible for them and for the teachers and the parents who have to work and have no one at home to help the kids . It’s a disaster. They are also missing out on normal interactions in life, how will that affect them later?
School is where socialization takes place. I have no idea how these kids will turn out, or what kind of an education they will get.
My friend has two twin boys 16, online schooling the 11th grade. No real life socializing, no little girlfriends or hanging at the mall. It makes me so sad.
All the kids who missed graduation, prom, parties, etc. Not to mention the one’s who died, or had family members who did. No one knows what’s coming next, but until we get this under control, nothing will change.
I agree, we have to contain the pandemic, so many will suffer lifetime injuries from this if they survive it.
A vaccine, we must have one!
If people would just wear masks and stay away from each other, we could at least get a handle on it until we get a vaccine. Nightmare.
