If smoking kills 480,000 EVERY YEAR IN THE UNITED STATES…YES…EVERY SINGLE YEAR…why are cigarettes still sold? Oh, yeah, the tobacco companies, along with the NRA, own the government. Of course that’s the reason. Apparently they don’t care how many people die, as long as they make money. Those numbers don’t come close to those of the virus, what’s going on?

how awful! So many deaths, you’d think the government would put a stop to the sale of tobacco!

    • Too much money involved. The tobacco lobby buys what they want. The government doesn’t care about death, it cares about money and power. The figures are amazing and groups demonstrate against the tobacco companies but it won’t stop them because money and profit are more important than lives. But people make that choice themselves. No one makes anyone smoke.
