    As global inequality grows and climate chaos disproportionately affect the poor, there will be growing civil unrest world-wide. These two factors–the very things the current American administration both ignores and perpetuates–are our biggest threats. Artists have formally joined the National Day of Protest (which includes labor unions, indigenous communities and a broad coalition of others) scheduled here in Colombia for November 21st. I’m hoping their messages will be heard and positive change can be made without violence.

  5. We need more artists informing the the people about what’s gong on. Artists are important all the time but especially during times like this.
