    Speed walking, is great exercise.

    I just walk a mile. But it’s no fun without music. I don’t mind it at all with the music blasting in my ears. A lot of people like birdsong, and so do I but not then. I walk TO the music and it keeps me going, as long as I don’t stop to dance. LOL

      Thank you. It’s so much fun to see kids drawing on the sidewalk. I still do it, now and then. It’s just a great thing to do…something we never have to outgrow.

        Do you play hopscotch there? We used to play that a lot when I was a kid it’s where you draw boxes on the sidewalk and walk I mean hop between them
