This is like a twisted rebus of sorts. Emmie likes to have lunch around three. I walked by the stove and saw…

I looked out the window and saw her rolling around, enjoying herself, but I had hot tea and, as you know, I have bronchitis, so I was torn between drinking tea and going outside to feed her.  I sat down to take a sip and…

saw this…so I caved, as always and fed her.  I can always make more tea.

Lolololol! Good grief! Take care of your bronchitis! Did you dress properly to go out and feed her? LOL! However, yes, the cats do have a clock… of sorts.
Latest over here is, Jeep wants to be fed in the room I’m painting the new Art Gown in. I have to go in, pick her up and carry her to the cats’ eating station. This has been going on for almost a week. I’m thinking it has become all about her being carried to her food. Sigh!

Duncan eats dinner at 5:00. He knows if it is even one minute past that, and stares accordingly.

  3. I too am a sucker for any animals who share my life. It really is quite healing. Perhaps if you had not fed Emmy, you would spend the time in self condemnation. I know that sounds a bit radical, but I do experience that my relationship with my animals does have a significant impact on my well-being. This is not rational…… it then perhaps it is.

    • Emma definitely has a positive impact on my life. I think she came to my yard just for that reason, to bring joy to my life. I look forward to seeing her everyday and she always makes me happy. She’s a very good cat angel.
