The chicklets love summertime. They have been having a lot of parties and they have been sleeping outside at night. The Gondola rides are always full and there are workshops after lunch. The library is busy place, since summer reading is a top priority. The Theater Group put on a production of Pride and Prejudice and it went well, until Bruce, who played Mr. Darcy, tripped over his long coat and fell into the first two rows of the audience. After that it turned into a comedy and the chicklets loved it. Elizabeth Bennet, played my Marcy La Rue, that’s her stage name, did a fabulous job and sang her heart out as the curtain went down. I forgot to tell you it was a musical. The Music Group wrote the score and they were quite happy with the results. All in all, it’s proving to be a great summer.
