Bread…

IMG_3553I bought this fantastic bread at Whole Foods yesterday and had pb&j sandwiches which were so delicious.  I froze the bread so it would be crusty and yummy today. It’s some kind of whole grain bread and I love it.

Ironically, I had PB & J yesterday on 12 grain bread, gosh it was so good, I had red currant jelly so it had just the right amount of sweet and tanginess. Oh, I love them, I am not kidding when I say that for the entire fifth grade my son took PB&J sandwiches for lunch every day, that’s all he wanted, of course I threw in some fruit and stuff, but had to have PB and jelly! Wow, he was so cute.

    • I love that:) He’s a kid after my own heart. I still love it and have a pb&j almost everyday. 🙂 Yum. I had mine with strawberry jam:)

when I was a kid, it was always grape! How yummy they are, comfort food personified.

      • I eat grape or strawberry. I used to love black raspberry but they don’t make the kind I like any more so I’m back to my regulars. Love grape and strawberry jam or jelly. They are the best…pb&j never go out of style and they are a huge comfort food. 🙂

I am not a fan of raspberry because of the seeds, I love apricot, plum, and nothing beats toast with swimming in butter and marmalade! Ha…I’m hungry girl!

  4. LOL I love apricot as well. And I agree about the seeds. I try and buy seedless everything, it’s so much easier to eat. But I stick with grape and strawberry because out of all of them, they still taste the best to me. 🙂 Having said that…your toast with butter and marmalade sounds delicious.

  5. YUMMO! Looks fantastic 🙂
